Delete Your Account
You can delete your Krila account from here, without signing in first and without installing anything.
What is deleted
- Your account and your sign in.
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Every delivery address you have saved.
- Your name and email on any review or message you have sent us.
What is kept, and why
Invoices for orders you have already placed are kept. We are required by law to keep tax records, and an invoice has to show who it was issued to, so we cannot erase them. They stop being linked to any account.
We would rather say this plainly than promise an erasure we are not allowed to carry out.
Delete it
Enter the email address on the account and your password. We ask for the password so that somebody who picks up your phone cannot delete your account.
If you have forgotten your password
Ask for a reset link on the account page, set a new password, then come back here.
