What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
To send you an order we need your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. If you create an account we also keep a password, stored only as a one way hash that nobody here can read back.
What we do with it
We use it to pack your order, deliver it, invoice it, and answer you when you write to us. That is all.
Who else sees it
Krila delivers its own orders, so your address and phone number stay with us and go no further: they reach the member of our team bringing the parcel to you, and nobody else. If you send something back, the courier you choose sees the address you write on the parcel yourself. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers: we see whether a payment succeeded, and nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to anybody for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Invoices are kept because tax law requires us to keep them, and we will tell you plainly which records those are.
