We deliver ourselves

Krila delivers its own orders. Your parcel is packed by us and brought to you by our own delivery team, not handed to a courier network. That is why we can tell you the day it is coming and why you can talk to a person about it.

What it costs

Delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout, and it is free above the order value shown in your bag. You always see the exact amount before you pay, never after.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually packed the same day. Most deliveries are made within 2 to 4 working days. When your order goes out for delivery you will see it on the tracking page, and our team will call before arriving.

If nobody is home

Our delivery team will call you before they arrive. If nobody is available, we will carry the parcel back and try again on the next run rather than leaving it with a neighbour, because inner wear and clothing are personal parcels.

Following your order

Track any order on our tracking page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with. You do not need an account.
