Sizing
How do I find my correct bra size?
Measure your underbust snugly and your bust loosely, both in inches, keeping the tape level all the way round. Then read your size off the chart on the product page. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger band and the smaller cup.
What if the size is wrong when it arrives?
Tell us within 7 days and we will exchange it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and the hygiene seal is intact. Sizing is our job to get right, so we make the exchange easy.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
Usually 2 to 4 working days within Tamil Nadu and 4 to 7 working days elsewhere in India. Krila delivers its own orders, so there is no courier to chase: once we have set the day we are bringing it, that day shows on the tracking page, and we email it to you as well if you left us an address.
Do you deliver everywhere in India?
Yes, we deliver across India. A few remote pin codes take a little longer than the usual window.
Payment
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available. You will see it at checkout alongside the other ways to pay.
Care
How should I wash my inner wear?
Hand wash in cold water where you can, or use a gentle machine cycle inside a mesh bag. Dry in the shade rather than direct sun, which is what keeps the colour and the elastic alive.
Will the colour run?
Our dyes are chosen to be colour fast, but the first wash of any deep colour is best done on its own in cold water.
